The Story
Founded in Sydney in 1988, Julia Ross Recruitment grew into Australia's largest independent recruitment and HR-services firm — spanning professional, executive and IT recruitment, HR technology and consulting.
In September 2000 the company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, the largest female-owned business ever to float on the ASX. Under Julia's leadership as Executive Deputy Chair and Managing Director, the group expanded across Australia before its acquisition by Chandler Macleod in 2011.
